Watermelon Seeds
When I was little, my older sister would haunt me by saying that if I eat watermelon seeds, then a watermelon tree would grow in my stomach and I would explode. I have vivid memories of picking out my watermelon seeds... EVERY SINGLE ONE. One time I accidentally ate one and cried profusely because I thought my stomach was going to explode and my mom finally made my sister tell me she was lying.
